Barz, Jakob Dr.

Dr. Jakob Barz is working at Fraunhofer IGB since 2003. Before, he studied physics at the University of Stuttgart with a focus on solid-state physics. In 2010, he received his PhD on a topic in plasma physics and plasma chemistry. He is senior scientist for Plasma Technology and Surface Analysis in the innovation field “Functional Surfaces and Materials” and is responsible for surface analytics as a study director.
